Venues and dates: The venue of the Tournament is the International Tennis Center of Wenzhou, China, pool Specifications: pool length 50 m, 8 lanes, electronic timekeeping system, warm-up bath.

Management: The competition management is carried out by the Organizing Committee of the Games, the direct holding of the sports part of the competition is entrusted to the main panel of judges, approved by the Organizing Committee.

Registration and Accreditation: Registration for the Tournament is carried out in accordance with the BRWAG 2019 Games Regulations online on the official Games website icasworld.org/registration. To receive the Registration you must pay the Registration fee: $ 120.

Registration Start: June 15, 2019

Registration Completion: September 15, 2019

Accreditation: mandatory procedure according to the General Provisions of the Games. Accreditation is held from 12 to 13 October 2019. For accreditation, every participant need to have with: an identity document (passport or other ID), a photo of 3×4 cm, the original medical insurance policy.

Admission to participation: To participate in the competition are allowed to persons not younger than 25 years. Each participant is personally responsible for their health during the competition. Each participant of the Games can register for competitions only in his age category, corresponding to his age, determined at the time of December 31 of the current year. Each participant in a swimming competition can register in no more than 5 distances in his age category.

Format: In the individual numbers of the program, participants appear in the following age categories (belonging to the age category is determined as of December 31 of the current year):

25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; 70-74; 75-79 years old, etc.

In relay races, teams compete in the following age categories (sum of four participants’ years):

120-159 years; 160-199 years; 200-239 years old; 240+ years.

Each participant can start in no more than 5 (five) individual program numbers (distances), and no more than 2 (two) in one day (not counting participation in relay races).

During the competition, the rule of ONE START is used.

The start of the participants, according to the rules of FINA, is allowed to be given immediately after the completion of the previous swim, and the participants of the swim remain in the water, holding the track without touching the shields. After the starter signal, participants on the team out of the water.

It is allowed to take the start not from the starting stand, but from the side of the pool or out of the water.

All heats are held as final. Preliminary heats and semi-finals are not held.

Determination and awarding of winners: Winners and prize-winners are determined in each type of program and in each age group, according to the rules of the competition. Winners and prize-winners in individual types of the program and in all relays are awarded with medals and diplomas for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
